It is a necessity that I move off campus this year! I am looking for someone who is somewhat similar to me ( i.e. in school, has a JOB, can pay bills ON TIME, etc.) to help with the rent & bills. Most of the houses I've been looking at have been 2-3 bedroom/ 1-2 bathrooms. Rent would average from $360-480 with new appliances. Please hit me up if you are like me & tired of living with inconsiderate roommates & nieghbors, childish college students who act like fools at 3AM, & ridiculous campus housing rules & would like to move to a nice HOUSE (not apartment). Hey everyone. I just got an apartment in the Baytree Ridge apartment complex. They're in Remerton right off of Baytree Rd. It's behind Zaxbys and to the right of Charley O' Corleys. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. So.. I need a roommate! The rent would be $275 a month plus utilites. So it shouldn't be any higher than $350-$400. Let me know asap if you're interested!!!
