Only $369 all inclusive, if you try to sign a new 4br 4b lease here they start at $419 call and ask. The Exchange really isn't far. Everyone living here is a student, but I am just taking a ton of hours and need to be by campus to get to class quickly. If you don't mind driving about a mile to class and want a really cheap place this is great! If you hurry you also get a free GPS with the lease from a deal I signed.
TRADE: My budget is $350-$450 depending on the place, and I want to move somewhere with good roommates, since I would be leaving some cool people.
